Grinding

1. First determine which dust tool extractor you want to use.

A
  • 5″ Extractor for “soft” stone (ref.cd. A)
  • Used for the “softer” stone types such as e.g.:
    • Ytong blocks
    • All kinds of brick
  • In the “softer” stone types the sharpening is faster and there is always a lot of dust free.
  • All rings 5″ can be applied.
  • Look in the reference list which ring fits on your angle grinder.
B
  • 9″ extractor for “soft” stone (ref.cd. B)
  • Used for the “softer” stone types such as e.g.:
    • Ytong blocks
    • All kinds of brick
  • In the “softer” stone types the sharpening is faster and there is always a lot of dust free.
  • All rings 9″ can be applied.
  • Look in the reference list which ring fits on your angle grinder.
C
  • 5″ Extractor for hard stone (ref.cd. C)
  • Used for the “hard” stone types like eg:
    • Stone
    • Granite
  • The grinding is slower In the “hard” stone types and Less dust is released.
  • With this hood one has more visibility at work when working with natural stone.
  • All rings 5″ can be applied.
  • Note: This hood cannot be used for the soft stone types.
  • Look in the reference list which ring fits on your angle grinder.


2. If you have chosen the right cap then you should select the correct connection ring.

2.1 Using the reference list, determine which connection ring fits your angle grinder.
2.2 Look at the (reference code) and easily find the right ring, (with this reference code you can also always order a ring.)
2.3 Note the correct size: 5″ or 9″.
2.4 Order the correct extractor and connection ring(s).
